Person-centred Integrated Care International Conference

The international conference on Person-Centred Integrated Care in Viljanen County, Estonia was titled “MARTA, where you at?” and devoted to the presentation and discussion of the results of the Vijandi PAIK Integrated Care Service Initiative project in attendance of the Healthcare and Social Support ministers of the Estonian government. The conference was co-organised by the Vijandi Hospital and the Estonian Hospital Association (voluntary union established for representing the common interests in health care matters and arranging co-operation of hospitals).
